The Badri-Kunta Memorial District Level U-16 Smart Generation Football Championship 2026 kicked off with an exciting opening match at the tournament venue, where Youth of Tikapur, Tikapur delivered a commanding performance against New Yuva Sundar Shakti Club, Kailari, securing a 5–2 victory.

Youth of Tikapur dominated the match from the outset. Kailash Sunar emerged as the star of the game, scoring an outstanding four goals, while Roman Chaudhary added one goal to complete Tikapur’s tally.
